Kire Optronics can customize and process various high-precision optical components, such as spherical mirrors, aspheric mirrors, prisms, mirrors, filters, coating service, etc.
Kire Optronics provides custom optical lens solutions from prototype to volume production, supporting spherical and aspheric lenses, cylindrical lenses, and cemented achromats. Our engineering team works closely with customers to clarify specifications and optimize manufacturability, while coating options such as AR/HR and functional coatings can be delivered by wavelength and angle of incidence. With controlled processes, batch-to-batch consistency management, and project-based traceability, we help customers shorten development cycles and achieve stable long-term supply for imaging, industrial inspection, security monitoring, automotive optics, and IR-related applications.
Kire Optronics manufactures a wide range of precision optical components for OEM projects, covering optical windows and protective windows, prisms (right-angle, roof, penta, Dove, corner-cube, wedge), mirrors, beam splitters, PBS components, and optical filters. We support specification definition and DFM review to improve manufacturability, and can deliver thin-film coating services including AR/HR, splitting coatings, and functional coatings by wavelength and angle of incidence. With stable process control, batch consistency verification, and project-based traceability, we provide reliable component supply from prototyping and pilot builds through volume production for scientific research, industrial inspection, security monitoring, laser optics, and IR systems.
To ensure stable volume production, Kire Optronics implements inspection and metrology across key manufacturing steps, aligning quality control to customer acceptance criteria on a project basis. We support incoming, in-process, and final inspection planning, maintain batch records for traceability, and verify consistency during pilot builds and ramp-up. With clean packaging options suitable for cross-border shipment and long-term storage, we help customers reduce ramp-up risk and achieve repeatable performance for long-term supply.
